1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Zolatte.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the design, development, and launch of Android and iOS apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Zolatte.com specializes in the design, development, and launch of Android and iOS apps. We offer a range of services related to app development, including but not limited to consulting, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Zolatte.com, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the development of your app. You agree to collaborate, provide timely feedback, and adhere to the project timeline outlined in the agreement between both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the design and development of the apps created by Zolatte.com are owned by Zolatte.com unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. The client retains ownership of their content and materials provided to Zolatte.com.

5. Payment

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by Zolatte.com according to the terms outlined in the project agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or termination of the project.

6. Confidentiality

Zolatte.com agrees to keep all client information confidential, including but not limited to project details, proprietary information, and any other information obtained during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zolatte.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance or functionality of the apps developed.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

Zolatte.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration/ICADR.
