Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Zolatte.com

Refunds Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are not possible for advances that have been sent, after work has commenced.
    • Any requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the completion of the project or task assigned to Zolatte.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@zolatte.com with a detailed explanation of the issues or concerns.
    • Our team will review the request and, if eligible, process the refund within 5 to 7 working days.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Certain items, such as third-party expenses or services, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in the project agreement.
  4. Refund Credit Processing:

    • Once the refund is approved, the processing time for the amount to be credited to the customer’s bank account is 5-7 working days. Please note that the actual time may vary depending on the customer’s bank and other factors beyond our control.

Cancellations Policy:

  1. Cancellation by the Client:

    • Clients may request project cancellations in writing, and the request will be subject to review.
    • If the cancellation is made before the commencement of the project, any upfront payments will be refunded as per the refund policy.
    • If the cancellation is requested after the project has commenced, fees for services already rendered may be applicable.
  2. Cancellation by Zolatte.com:

    • Zolatte.com reserves the right to cancel a project if the client breaches the terms of the agreement or engages in any unlawful or unethical activities.
    • In the event of cancellation by Zolatte.com, a refund for any unused services or fees paid in advance will be provided.
  3. Communication of Cancellations:

    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@zolatte.com
    • Zolatte.com will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request and provide details regarding the cancellation process and any applicable fees.
  4. Effect of Cancellation:

    • Upon cancellation, the client retains ownership of any work completed up to that point. Any incomplete work or deliverables will be provided to the client in a mutually agreed-upon format.
  5. Changes to the Refunds and Cancellations Policy:

    • Zolatte.com reserves the right to update or modify the Refunds and Cancellations Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically for changes.
